Systems Analysis and Design
This book is intended to serve as a text for everyone interested in systems analysis and design. This book covers all the topics related to the subject by addressing the requirements of post graduate level study. It is aimed at students of M.B.A. (Computer Management), M.C.M.. M.C.A., M.C.S., M.Sc. (Computer Science), B.C.S., B.Sc. (Computer Science), D.C.M., A.D.C.S.S.A.A. and allied Computer Certificate Courses, Diplomas, Degrees and Post Graduate Courses.
The book is organized in eleven chapters. A separate chapter has been assigned for cases in systems analysis and design. Six different cases are presented along with their solutions. The cases have been selected on the basis of questions asked in University examinations. In addition to the cases presented in Chapter 11. several cases or stores are presented throughout the book in form of vignettes. These vignettes have been included in order to add interest and facilitate quick understanding of the real world environment.
Special conscious efforts have been made in order to make the writing style simple. Instead of impressing the reader about the literary level of the author, reader friendliness and ease of understanding have been given prime importance. Students who are tired of complex concepts and abstract presentation style will find this book simple and straight forward.
